Hello All.
I didn’t mean to put on this photo but I clicked too soon.
Whatever, I loved that dog so much.
And now, I am wondering what happened to those sandals.
I am all over the place today.
Every morning I have to work out what day of the week it is.
Today was a bit easier.
It is my eldest daughter’s 55th birthday.
How on earth are my kids so OLD?
Yes, the year is not starting off too well.
I discovered I am an evil stepmother.
Who knew.
Well, apparently M’s daughter now knows.
She stayed in bed the whole day, yesterday.
Looking miserable.
M kept bringing her cough mixture.
She wouldn’t eat or drink anything.
I am fairly observant.
I noticed she was not coughing or blowing her nose.
So, not a cold.
This morning looked like it was going to be a repeat of yesterday.
I asked her “what exactly is wrong?”
The miserable face and the dramatic hand to brow was irritating the hell out of me.
Apparently, she had no energy.
WTF?
I said get dressed.
She did and then took the dog for a walk around the block.
Came back and said she would go to work.
Hopefully, the problem is solved.
I have been told I have a very scary face when I am cross.
And, even when I am not cross!
In other news there has been a nasty development in my family.
Which I am not going to share.
Suffice to say, I am not a happy Mommy.
But, this too shall pass.

I am 😞 sorry, hoping some happiness can come your way today!!
Thanks love.
Am sure it will.
😊❤
I hate when that happens– and happen, it does. Fingers crossed that the dust settles soon. Aside from that, what a beautiful dog. I loved many cats the way you love her. I had one dog for 9 years — long enough to know dogs make you live more. What an all-around gift they are to us.
I was very lucky.
Jasmine lived till nearly 15.
A good age for a big dog.
I hope things improve soon, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, big question is, how long is the tunnel
Hopefully, very short.
Just smile granny as you usually do, and as you say this too, will pass
Thanks Judith.
Am fine.
Really.
Sometimes some people need a push to get back on track. Well done for you managing it. Hope the rest of the family-stuff pass quickly. Family-stuff is not always easy – ask me!
Thanks Elsabe.
Family stuff is the pits.
We are related to them!!!!
