Good morning everyone.
I went upstairs, just now, to get my caffeine fix.
We have a new coffee machine.
It has expresso.
I am awake.
I am really awake.
Life is good.
Someone lent me the first book in the Twilight series.
There has been so much hype about this book.
I started it yesterday.
So far I am underwhelmed.
Maybe it will improve.
I am a Terry Pratchett fan.
I have nearly all his books.
My favourite second hand book shop sent me a sms last week to tell me they had a book for me.
I had not heard the title so I was very excited.
Turned out to be a book of three of his books.
All of which I have.
Damn.
On the upside I found a Phil Rickman.
Thank heavens for Outlook reminders.
I had completely forgotten the Monday meeting.
Starts in eight minutes.
Hmmmmmmm….the meeting is in the board room.
The new coffee machine is in the boardroom.
I could be bouncing off the walls soon!

Enjoy.
@ Cindy – perhaps this would be a good day for you to join her for expresso?
NOT a good idea Douglas…my body is rejecting the stuff!
@ Cindy – Expresso?
Ugh! Perhaps I’ve had too much expresso! Where do 2 comments come from???????
*shakes head and giggles*
Where would you be without your coffee granny? Love that pic! Have a great bouncy day. Hugs xx
Hi Again AD…feeling a lot healthier…I think!
*hides bottle of Merlot behind Granny’s calendar*
Quite right Justme…Merlot does not have this effect on me…three cups of really strong coffee…not a good thing.
Just mind you don’t hit your head on the ceiling, lol! 😀
This Granny can’t jump Adee…unless there is a snake around!
Lol, are you still bouncing off the walls?!
Gorgeous photo, Granny 🙂
Hello HP…no the bouncing has stopped…now I need to sleep…MEX in a mood!
I read all of the Twilight books and I watched the three movies that were based on the books. What can I say? I like vampires. That being said, they were written for a young audience and, as such, are annoying in their own way. I LOVE Terry Pratchett, on the other hand. The man is a genius. Wishing you a fabulous day.
PS Do you add sugar or cream to espresso? I just drink plain old coffee. Not very sophisticated, I’m afraid. I am partial to hazelnut cream, however.
Good Morning Amy….I didn’t realise I was getting expresso…it just put a little in…so I added a cup of strong coffee to it…bad idea.
Sometimes I add milk and a dash of sugar…other times I have it black….depends on the mood.
I didn’t read last night.
Do you like Tom Holt?
Yes, I read “The Portable Door”. Jolly fun, that one!!
Hello Amy…think there was a sequel to that one.
